FOOD BANKS NEED YOUR HELP

Since the first few months of 2020, demand at food banks across Canada has increased significantly. As just one example, Toronto's Daily Bread Food Bank requirement has increased bu over 50%.

THE VALUE OF COMMUNITY GARDENS

At the start of the covid-19 shutdown, community gardens were listed as non-essential activities. This made little sense of course and the policy was quickly changed. Although this video is from 2020, the importance of community gardens has not changed.
